  • Second Generation Restaurant Spaces Only. No Build To Suit
  • Lifestyle Centers or unique, high foot -traffic locations. i.e., tourist areas, landmarks, iconic locations, popular hotspots.
  • Long-term leases preferred
  • Must be an extremely high visibility site with high traffic counts
  • Dense area with strong daytime populations to support lunches
  • Target Size= 7,500 – 8,750 square feet
  • Existing Kitchen Equipment required unless provided by Landlord to include Walk in Refrigerator, minimum 15’ grill/hood, and access to grease trap
  • Must have outdoor seating / patio space
  • Minimum of 125 dedicated parking spaces or substantial cross-parking
  • Strong co-tenancy in development or in immediate area
  • Free rent period and Landlord TI contribution required
